TJ has spent 20 years in residential exteriors, on the roofs, in the living rooms, and running the numbers on hundreds of projects. He's not a salesman who read a brochure. He's seen how the good companies operate and how the bad ones cut corners, and he built Northcraft to be the one he'd want working on his own home.
Almir spent his career in data, analytics, and finance, and he runs the business side of Northcraft: the numbers, the systems, and making sure every job is priced right and every homeowner is looked after. Between the two of us, you get real trade expertise and a company that's actually run well.
